Overview
The integration allows you to automatically retrieve call transcripts from Zoom.
If no transcript is available, Gravite can also generate one using built-in speech-to-text technology, so you can still analyze the conversation content without any manual work.
How to use
Once transcripts are imported into Gravite, you can automatically analyze the content of each conversation to extract meaningful insights.
👉 For example, you can:
- Measure customer satisfaction by identifying emotional signals like frustration, hesitation, or enthusiasm.
- Improve your products and services by spotting recurring pain points, unmet needs, or valuable suggestions.
- Monitor agent quality by assessing key behaviors: Did the agent follow the script? Show empathy? Provide incomplete or incorrect information?

- In one call, Gravite might flag that the customer says “I don’t understand” multiple times → a sign of confusion or friction.
- In another, the agent never reformulates or checks understanding → an opportunity for coaching.

How to setup
- Go to Gravite > ⚙️ Settings > Integrations, click on “Add Integration”, then select and connect your Zoom account.
