How to use
Once connected, Gravite will automatically analyze and categorize your user feedback from Trustpilot.
You’ll get a daily summary of key insights straight to your inbox, so you never miss an important trend, issue, or opportunity to improve.
How to setup
To set up the Trustpilot integration in Gravite:
- Go to Gravite, then click on the gear icon (⚙️ Settings)
- Navigate to Integrations > Reviews
- Click “Add provider” and select Trustpilot
- Fill in the fields:
- Name: a tag to help you identify the source (e.g. “Trustpilot”)
- Domain: your Trustpilot profile domain, such as www.trustpilot.com
Once saved, Gravite will start syncing your reviews automatically.
