A Condition decides whether an element continues to the next block or stops. It lets you focus the analysis on relevant cases and avoid unnecessarily processing elements that don't match your logic.
Evaluates the result of an upstream Criterion in the flow.
Available operators: greater than, less than, equal to, different from.
Example: "Continue only if the 'Customer satisfaction' Criterion score is below 5."
Routes the flow based on feedback metadata, independently of evaluations.
Filterable on: source, agent, team, custom properties. Supports and / or condition groups for combined logic.
Example: "Continue only if the source is 'axialys' AND the region is 'Pyrénées'."
Conditions are inserted between two blocks. A flow can contain multiple Conditions at different levels, enabling you to build progressive, highly targeted analysis logic.

Conditions filter the analysis flow along the way. They route elements based on previous evaluation results or on feedback metadata.
