Introduction

This is where the article content will be displayed. The rich text field from the CMS collection will be bound here to show the full article body with formatted text, images, and other rich content.

The interface

The screen is divided into two areas: a components panel on the left, and a central canvas where you assemble your flow. You add blocks by dragging them from the panel onto the canvas, then connect them to each other.

Start with the Trigger

Every flow starts with a Trigger. Drop it onto the canvas and configure it:

  • Select the agents or teams you want to cover
  • Define your data filters: channel, language, conversation type, period…

The Trigger determines which conversations will feed into your flow. Take the time to define it precisely — too broad a scope can generate noise, too narrow a scope can miss important signals.

Adding Criteria

Once the Trigger is in place, add your Criteria. Each Criterion evaluates a specific dimension of the conversation. For each one, fill in:

  • A clear title
  • An instruction prompt for the AI — what you want it to evaluate
  • A scoring system: Yes/No, numeric scale (1–10), or performance level

Connect each Criterion to the previous block to build the analysis chain.

Adding Conditions

Conditions are inserted between blocks to filter elements based on an already-evaluated criterion or feedback metadata. Configure the passing rule — for example, "only continue if the score is below 5" — and connect the output to the next block.

A flow can contain multiple Conditions at different levels, allowing you to build progressive, targeted analysis logic.

Adding a Quality Monitoring block

The Quality Monitoring block goes after your Criteria to calculate a composite score. Assign a weight to each included Criterion (the total must equal 100). The block shows in real time whether the weighting is valid (green) or incomplete (red).

Adding an Alert

The Alert block sits at the end of the flow to trigger an email notification. Add recipients, write the subject and body. Type {{ to automatically insert values from upstream blocks (a Criterion score, a Quality Monitoring result…).

Autosave

The editor automatically saves your flow 2 minutes after the first modification. You can disable this from the toolbar. If repeated errors occur, autosave disables itself — you'll be notified.
