AI Controls groups all of Gravite's AI modules: Taxonomy Builder, Monitoring Criteria, and Grid Studio. This is where you create and configure your taxonomies, scoring grids, and analysis flows before attaching them to a dashboard.
The Data section gives you access to the raw data entering Gravite — conversations, transcripts, emails, and feedback imported from your connected sources.
Current Plan shows your current monthly usage. The volume resets each month according to your contract with Gravite.
The Help & Support button connects you directly to Gravite's support team via an instant messaging channel. Response times are fast.
