What an active flow does

An active flow automatically analyzes all incoming elements that match the filters defined in your Trigger. You don't need to trigger anything manually — as soon as a matching conversation arrives in Gravite, it is processed by the flow.

Monitoring results

Results are displayed in a dedicated dashboard, structured similarly to the Quality Monitoring module. You'll find scores by Criterion, trends over time, and per-conversation details.

Editing an existing flow

You can modify an active flow at any time — adjust a prompt, reconfigure the Trigger, add or remove a Criterion. Changes apply to new analyses. If you want past data to reflect the updated versions of your criteria, you can run a retrospective over the period of your choice.

Duplicating a flow

If you want to create a flow similar to an existing one — for example to cover a different team or adapt the logic to another context — you can duplicate it from the Grid Studio page using the "Duplicate flow" button. This creates an independent copy that you can modify without affecting the original.
