Enabling notifications

From your dashboard settings, you choose the report sending frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly. Notifications are sent to people who have access to the relevant dashboard.

Two complementary formats

Insight Explorer notifications stand out through the combination of two formats:

  • A summary email — written by the AI, it summarizes the major trends of the period, the priority attention points, and the positive signals to note
  • An interactive dashboard report — accessible via a link in the email, it presents data visually and in detail directly in your browser. This report is available for 30 days after its generation

What the summary email contains

The email is structured to give you a quick and actionable reading without having to open the dashboard:

  • A global status for the period — for example Vigilance required or Stable situation — to immediately qualify the state of your data
  • An AI-written introduction that summarizes the major trends observed over the period
  • Major attention points ranked by priority, each with an explanation of the identified issue, illustrative customer verbatims, and the probable cause detected by the AI
  • Positive signals to note for the period
  • Key indicators — feedback volume, global sentiment, dominant themes

What the interactive report contains

The report accessible via the link in the email offers a more complete and visual view of the period's data:

  • Global indicators — total feedbacks, total mentions, average satisfaction
  • The evolution curve of satisfaction and volume over the period
  • The sentiment distribution
  • Volume by category to see at a glance which themes are concentrating the most mentions
  • The Top 3 strengths and Top 3 improvement areas identified by the AI, with associated customer verbatims

Configuring notifications

Like Quality Monitoring, the Insight Explorer dashboard can send you automatic reports by email. The mechanism is similar but the content is adapted to voice-of-customer analysis — more oriented toward emerging signals, attention points, and satisfaction trends.
