Creating and attaching the dashboard

From your grid, you can create a dashboard by simply giving it a name. Each grid is associated with a single dashboard — the relationship is exclusive.

Once created, you can immediately invite the people who will have access to the results. Two options:

  • Invite specific people — by selecting them individually
  • Invite all — to open access to all members of your Gravite workspace

Anyone invited can view the entire dashboard. Differentiated access levels are planned for future platform updates.

What the dashboard contains

The dashboard is empty at first. It starts populating automatically as soon as the first analysis is launched on the grid. Visualizations are not manually configurable — Gravite automatically structures results in four tabs:

  • Overview — a summary view of overall performance
  • Criteria — detailed performance on each of your criteria
  • Agents — individual and comparative scores by agent
  • Transcripts — analysis conversation by conversation

The Transcripts tab deserves special attention: for each analyzed conversation, you can view the AI's evaluation detail criterion by criterion, read its explanation, and access the raw transcript to compare with your own reading. The ability to listen directly to calls from the platform is also planned for the near future.

Attaching the grid to a dashboard

Once your scoring grid is created, you need to attach a dashboard to it in order to visualize analysis results. This step is manual and takes only a few seconds.
