Enabling notifications on a grid

From your grid settings, you can enable automatic summaries and choose their frequency:

• Daily — a report every day on the previous day's analyses
• Weekly — a recap every week on the elapsed period
• Monthly — a summary view of the month

Notifications are sent to people who have access to the dashboard associated with the grid.

What the report contains

Each report is generated by AI and structured to give you a quick and actionable reading of your performance. It includes:

• An AI-written introduction that synthesizes the major trends of the period and highlights priority attention points
• Criteria requiring attention, ranked by priority level, with an explanation of why the criterion is underperforming and the percentage of agents struggling
• Notable changes — the criterion that improved the most and the one that regressed the most compared to the previous period
• The top criteria of the period
• Key insights — a synthetic reading of systemic trends, heterogeneous practices between agents, and positive signals
• Global indicators — number of criteria analyzed, average score, breakdown of criteria between performing, to watch, and priority, best and worst criterion of the period

The value of regular summaries

Beyond time savings, automatic reports are particularly useful for sharing a quality view with managers or teams who don't consult the dashboard daily. A well-configured weekly report can become the starting point of a team ritual around performance.
