Introduction

This is where the article content will be displayed. The rich text field from the CMS collection will be bound here to show the full article body with formatted text, images, and other rich content.

The dashboard is organized into four complementary tabs.

Overview

The Overview tab gives you an immediate reading of your overall quality state. It includes:

  • The number of transcripts analyzed over the period
  • The score distribution — to see at a glance whether your conversations are concentrated in high or low performance ranges
  • The overall quality score with its evolution compared to the previous period
  • A Volume & Quality Score chart that overlays the volume of analyzed conversations and the score evolution over time — useful for detecting correlations between workload and quality
  • A summary by criteria section, with the score obtained, the trend, and for each criterion the Top 3 and Flop 3 agents

Criteria

The Criteria tab offers a detailed view of performance on each of your criteria, organized by section. For each criterion you can see:

  • The number of analyzed feedbacks
  • The response distribution as a chart — for example the Yes/No breakdown, or the distribution of performance levels
  • The Top 3 and Flop 3 agents on that specific criterion

This is the ideal tab for precisely identifying which criteria are pulling scores down and prioritizing your coaching actions.

Agents

The Agents tab presents performance by team and by agent. For each team you can access:

  • The overall score out of 100
  • The number of conversations analyzed
  • The score breakdown by criterion with a color-coded progress bar to quickly visualize strengths and weaknesses

This allows you to compare teams with each other and instantly identify criteria where a group is falling behind compared to others.

Transcripts

The Transcripts tab is the most granular level of the dashboard. It lists all analyzed conversations, filterable by agent, score, or criterion. For each transcript you can:

  • View the overall score for the conversation
  • Read for each criterion the AI's response, the points awarded and its detailed explanation — the AI precisely justifies why it assigned that score, drawing on concrete elements from the transcript
  • Access the raw transcript to compare the analysis against the actual conversation

The ability to listen directly to calls from the platform is planned for the near future.

Analyzing results in the dashboard

Once the first analyses are launched, the dashboard populates automatically. You can filter data by period at any time via the selector in the top right — set to today by default, but adjustable to your needs.
